Semester Abroad in Berlin, Germany
2017
For 3 months, I lived and studied in Germany's capital city. I participated in a homestay program and experienced the Berlin culture to the fullest - or as much as time would permit. During my stay, I also visited Potsdam, Dresden and Munich, Paris, Amsterdam and Prague, as well as Krakow, Poland and Skopje, Macedonia.
Graduated from Babson College
2019
I graduated from the nation's #1 School for Entrepreneurship, Babson College, in 2019. During my 4 years in college, I participated in entrepreneurial programs developing new businesses, creating websites and marketing strategy, leading teams of my peers, and more. I received my Bachelor of Science in May 2019 with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and IT.
Moved to Charlotte, NC
2019
After graduating from Babson College and spending one last summer in Cape Cod, MA, I relocated to Charlotte, NC. I made this move for the greater purpose of renewal. I wanted a fresh start, and Charlotte provided the opportunity to reinvent myself since I knew no one.
Road Trip Across Country
2020
I embarked on a 6 week road trip to the western half of America. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was able to work remotely and explore the West's natural wonders. I traveled to South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Utah, and visited 8 National Parks - hiking, biking and camping along the way.
Hike the Grand Canyon
2020
Following my Road Trip Across Country, I realized I did not yet have my fill of the West. I flew to Arizona where I would spend a day in the Grand Canyon, and the rest of my time in Phoenix. From sunrise to twilight, I hiked 20 miles down the Bright Angel and up the South Kaibab Trails - 5,000 feet elevation gain. It was the most incredible hike of my life.
The Great Alaskan Journey
2022
For 2 weeks in September I traveled to Southeast Alaska, visiting family in Ketchikan and Juneau. I traversed the Final Frontier with a full heart and a can do attitude. I embarked on numerous hikes and a scenic overnight ferry ride. During this time, I witnessed the pure beauty that this part of the World offers: wildlife, scenic vistas, contrasting colors and the pure smells of the Tongass National Forest.
Development in the Netherlands
2022
I spent a month in the Netherlands on behalf of Aavalor GreenTech during our participation in Startupbootcamp's accelerator program. I spent time in Zandvoort by the sea, Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam. I was captivated by the Dutch way of living. The air was so clean and the streets filled with bikes, everything felt so beautiful.
Living with Family in Charlotte
Present
I now live with my partner, Logan, her daughter and mother, and our cat and dog, Talon and Beryl. Together, we enjoy travelling around the great state of North Carolina, and exploring our neighborhood of West Charlotte. Our favorite spots are Rhino Market & Deli, Enderly Coffee, Coterie Wellness Studio, and City Kitch.
